I’d like to work with twitter and become a Chief Tweeting Officer, CTO!

Today the communictaion field of work is growing like crazy and and at the same time becomes more and more specific. Does it realyy make sense to let tweeting officers control (if that is possible at all?) a news service?
Hence they cannot have an eye for the holistic wide field of Social Media.
